Second Annual Homeless Conference
June 29, 2024
Thank you to all who attended our conference yesterday. I want to thank Assemblyman Alex Lee and Yvonne from Ro Khanna's office, Elizabeth from Aisha Wahab's office, and Wendy from Otto Lee's office for joining us. We had an engaged audience to discuss critical issues such as:
-
Supreme Court's decision regarding the ban on homeless camps
-
Impact of budget cuts on food suppliers in Santa Clara County
-
New regional housing bond,
and a host of other topics.
We also recognized many of our partners and volunteers for their dedication to helping us tackle the complex challenge of homelessness. It truly is a community challenge, and together, we can make an impact! Our third annual homeless conference is planned for June 28, 2025, and we hope you can join us.
